What each price covers
The number moves with how many pages you need, and nothing else. There is no separate design fee and no charge per revision.
- $499 — one page: what you treat, the towns you cover, and a number a homeowner can tap
- $999 — six pages: room to give recurring plans, service areas, and your main treatments their own URLs
- $1,499 — twelve pages: a page per treatment and per town, plus a dashboard where leads land instead of only your inbox
- Quote on request — booking, payments, customer accounts, or a tie-in to your routing software
Why two quotes for the same site differ by thousands
Almost always it is page count and who writes the words. A six-page quote and a twenty-page quote are not the same product, and neither is a build where you fill in the copy versus one where it is written for you.
Ask any company you are comparing for the page list before the price. If they cannot name the treatments and towns they would build pages for, they have not looked at your market yet, and the number they gave you is a guess.
What is extra, and what is not
Hosting and maintenance are optional, from $35 a month, or from $75 if the site needs a database. A one-time Google Business Profile cleanup is $250. Monthly SEO after launch is call to scope pricing. None of it is required to keep the site running, and you can host it somewhere else if you ever want to.
There is no separate charge for a contact form, for making it work on a phone, or for the technical SEO that goes in at launch. The full price list is on the pricing page with the same numbers.
How long until it is live
A one-page site is usually live in 7 to 10 days. Six pages or more is usually 10 to 21 days, and the part that decides it is how fast we get your photos and the details only you know.
You get a fixed price and a launch date before anything starts. If the date slips because we are waiting on something from you, we will say so rather than let it drift.
